Sarah DESHITA has been involved in the music since the beginning of her career. Starting out as a radio DJ in one of Indonesia’s prominent radio she quickly became a music director. Sarah later on joined Ismaya Live in 2013 birthing many notable music festivals which aligns with her passion of attending music festivals around the globe. She created We The Fest in 2014, simply hoping to put Indonesia in the global market.

Taiwanese Waves is an agency founded by Mia Min YEN in 2016. The role of the agency is to bridge the musical gap between the East and the West. We focus on promoting talents from Taiwan by hosting overseas tours and showcases with festivals, including annual showcase with Central Park's SummerStage. Lisa HRESKO is the General Manager at A2IM(The American Association of Independent Music). A2IM, which consists of over 600 U.S. record label members and nearly 200 other music businesses, advocates for the needs of the independent music community on a policy level. Additionally, Lisa works to ensure that all A2IM members receive the highest level of education and community resources. Prior to A2IM, she spent nearly ten-year tenure at CMJ during which time she held several positions including Editor-in-Chief. Her responsibilities encompassed booking the professional programming for CMJ Music Marathon, leading the radio department, and developing international initiatives. Lisa has been an invited speaker at music conferences across the globe
Umong SHAH, a graduate from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Music and Entertainment Industry Management, embarked on a diverse career journey. He's been a musician with "October Sky," Operations Manager at Awdio, Binaural Studio Installer at Jawbone, an emerging talent promoter at Discovery 2 in London and Festival Curator for Summer Sizzler(London). Currently curating Future Echoes'(Sweden) conference and writing camp, Umong frequents prestigious events like The Great Escape and SXSW, moderating panels on artist development. As a manager, he's propelled artists' international careers and now leads a consulting division at Fortitude Music, offering specialised services for career growth.
