We invite international festival curators, promoters, or buyers to participate in the "Speed Meeting", providing domestic music industry representatives a chance to have face-to-face negotiations with international buyers. Meanwhile, it increases the visibility of Taiwanese pop music in the global market and promotes future partnership opportunities.
Vendors that hope to participate in the "Speed Meeting" must first register at the Biz Matching Center. Once approved, please log in to the Biz Matching Center as a member and enter the page for the "Speed Meeting".
Please select the buyers you wish to meet and the date & time slot on the "Speed Meeting" page. If you want to set up more than 2 sessions on the same date, please make sure that you are not double-booking any tables.
Those who are late or absent will be deemed to have forfeited their rights. The organizer will arrange for alternate vendors to fill in for negotiations, and this will affect the qualification for being selected as a priority vendor for the "Speed Meeting" next year.
After registering, if you're unable to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance, please cancel your reservation before 12:00 on June 21 (Friday) to avoid being listed as late or absent, which could affect your participation rights.
Three backup spots are available. If there are any no-shows or late arrivals, the vacant spots will be filled by those on the backup list. If no vendor is late or absent this year, the organizer will extend the meeting time to ensure all backup vendors can complete their consultations with the buyer.
We kindly ask you to bring your translator to avoid any translation errors.
Event Information
Registration Date: From now until 12:00 noon on June 21, while seats last.
Check-in Time: Check-in procedures should be completed 15 minutes before the session starts (see the table below for detailed check-in time). If you sign up for multiple sessions on the day, you only need to check in for the earliest session, with no repeat check-ins required. All standby vendors please complete check-in by 10:45.

Each session of the Speed Meeting has a maximum capacity of 10 participants, each of whom will have 5-6 minutes (including table-changing) to conduct discussions. Please follow the guidance given by the onsite staff.
Vendors are welcome to proceed to the Biz Matching Center for further business negotiations after the matchmaking session ends. Please respect and follow the instructions of the onsite staff for registration and usage of the Biz Matching Center.
