Alexandra’s 10+ years in the music industry started working as a radio host, in music programming and marketing, followed by 5 years developing the North-American market for French companies, Tôt Ou tard / Zouave Spectacles and Wagram Stories, respectively. Since 2022, The Vault collaborates with events, as much in the production of festivals and conventions, as in their content programming（curation of conferences, panels and extending exclusive invitations to international music professionals）, like M for Montreal, Cannes Lions, Lune Rouge and more. Alexandra has been a CARAS Academy Delegate for a few years and is frequently called upon as a juror for the JUNO Awards and FACTOR. She's also a member of MMF UK and a Board Member of MMF Canada.

Founder of “Radical Music Network” festival, “Japan Cumbia Festival” and co founder of “M Festival”. Producer, promoter and booking agent at Japonicus, founded in 1999 and based in Tokyo. With a focus on Latin rock, Cumbia, Mestizo, Ska, Reggae, Punk, World Music, Folk and Rebel Music, he is an active promoter and networker in Latin, Asian and world music scene. With 16 years of experience in the independent music scene, he is the co-founder of the iconic Live house "Live Fact" in Kuala Lumpur. He is also one of the founders of the "City Roars Festival" and the "Dongtaidu Music Festival," which promote cultural exchanges between Taiwan and Malaysia. Additionally, he is a co-organizer of "Little Taiwan Calling Festival Kuala Lumpur 2018."
Skilled in event curation and live music production, he has hosted the first Malaysian concerts for Taiwanese bands and artists such as "No Party for Cao Dong," "Sunset Rollercoaster," "Cosmos People," and "HUSH." He was also the producer for the Malaysian stand of Anpu（Deserts Chang）'s concert.
Throughout several editions of the "Dongtaidu Music Festival," he has facilitated opportunities for bands like "Elephant Gym," "1976," and "88 Balaz" to perform in Malaysia, contributing to the cultural exchange between the two countries.

Anca LUPES is one of the most experienced professionals in the Romanian music business. One of her most important advantages is that during her career she works in almost all the areas of this industry: mass media（press, radio, TV）, concert organising, record companies, music publishing, management and booking agencies.

Due to her extensive experience, in 2006 she starts teaching music business in Romania.

With over 35 years of experience in the music industry, Peter ÅSTEDT has established himself as a prominent figure. At the young age of fifteen in 1990, he founded the record label Dead Frog Records.

Peter has been at the forefront of the digital revolution within the music industry, contributing to the development of one of the first legal platforms for mp3 sales.
His diverse portfolio includes serving as a music supervisor for major projects and placing songs for the world’s largest advertising campaigns. Music he represented has been featured in prestigious events such as the Olympics, Super Bowl, Milano Fashion Week, Coca Cola, Rimmel London, United Airlines, BMW as well as numerous movies and TV series. Peter has also made significant contributions to publishing and has conducted writing camps for established stars.
His roster boasts legendary artists, and he has acted as a consultant to some of the world’s largest record labels as well as worked with five of the most streamed songs in the world. Peter’s expertise and reputation have led him to speak at over 60 showcase festivals worldwide, including the five largest events in the industry. He has also been a guest teacher at leading music universities globally, solidifying his influence and knowledge. Furthermore, he curates and books several showcase festivals across the globe, further showcasing his ability to curate and present exceptional musical talent.
