Curators and buyers from major music festivals around the world are invited to attend speed meetings with the local music industry, increasing the visibility of Taiwan’s pop music on the global and potentially facilitating business opportunities.
Registration
Vendors that hope to participate in the "Speed Meeting" must first register at the Biz Matching Center, and complete the sign-up process when registration is approved.
Please select the session and table on the sign-up page. If you want to set up more than 2 sessions on the same date, please make sure that you are not double-booking any tables.
Event Information
Registration: 12:00 noon on May 23rd until 12:00 noon on June 14th, while seats last.
Check-in time: From June 28 to June 30, daily from 10:30-10:50 am.
Session start time: From June 28 to June 30, daily at 11:00 am sharp.
Expected end time: From June 28 to June 30, daily at noon (subject to on-site conditions).
Event Rules
To ensure the rights and interests of the reserved exhibitors, please complete the check-in process and enter the venue before 10:50 am on the day of the event. Exhibitors who fail to arrive before the deadline effectively forfeit their reservation, and the seats will be allocated to waitlisted exhibitors.
Each session of the Speed Meeting has a maximum capacity of 10 participants. Each participant is given 5-6 minutes (including changing tables) for matchmaking and discussions. Please follow all instructions from on-site staff.
Exhibitors are recommended to prepare language translation.
Exhibitors are welcome to make reservations through the Biz Matching Center for subsequent business communications after the Speed Meeting Event. Please register to use the Biz Matching Center in accordance with instructions the on-site staff.
