Cora CHAN is a Promoter at Clockenflap Music & Arts Festival and Clockenflap Presents. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Cora graduated from The University of Hong Kong, majoring in English and Comparative Literature. Passionate about music, performing arts and film, she has worked in media, art-house film channel/brand MOViE MOViE, West Kowloon Cultural District, and has programmed and coordinated film, music festivals, live and virtual music performances and collaborations.

Cecilia Soojeong YI is formerly known as the executive manager of Zandari Festa, Korea’s premier independent and international showcase festival. In 2018, she co-founded “DMZ Peace Train Music Festival” and has been in charge of programming, artist communication, and international relationships. In 2021, she expanded her business sector by co-founding a new company, ALPS, that goes beyond the model of a once-a-year festival to connect unique music and cultural content with the world continuously.

Jim is the Distribution Head of Northern China at Believe. Prior to managing the North China business, he was the Head of Taiwan at Believe, strategizing and setting up its local business and team from ground up, to becoming a leading music distributor in the local market. Before Believe, Jim was the first employee recruited to KKCompany's investment arm - KKFarm, as well as cross-regional record label Oxygen Entertainment, where he has since been involved in structuring business models and formulating music investment projects.

NGIAM Kwang Hwa is the Managing Director of Live Nation Taiwan and Live Nation Singapore’s Asian division. In his role, NGIAM oversees the company’s overall performance in these markets and acts as a promoter and booker for Western content across Taiwan and Asian content across the market. NGIAM came to Live Nation with over 27 years of music industry experience, having worked with Rock Records, Taiwan’s largest indie music label. This work provided NGIAM with an unparalleled understanding of the challenges and inner workings of the live music sphere. This has seen him act as a thought leader within the industry to bring world-class live entertainment experiences to Taiwan and Singapore, including Coldplay, Maroon 5, Mayday, Eason Chan, BTS, Blackpink, Madonna and Harry Styles. NGIAM has been named as a top-10 candidate for Singapore Straits Times Power List in Music Business three times, which saw him recognized as one of Singapore’s most influential figures in the music industry. NGIAM holds a BBA (Honor) at the University of Texas at Austin.

Taiwanese Waves is an agency founded by Mia Min YEN in 2016. The role of the agency is to bridge the musical gap between the East and the West. We focus on promoting talents from Taiwan by hosting overseas tours and showcases with festivals, including annual showcase with Central Park's SummerStage. We also actively seek collaboration opportunities for acts to build their career outside of Asia. Current management roster includes: 9m88, Sunset Rollercoaster, Elephant Gym, The Fur., LINION.

Based in Taipei and Tokyo, Big Romantic Entertainment owns two live houses in the two cities: Aoyama and Moonromantic Taipei. CEO Budha founded Moon Romantic Office Co., Ltd. in 2013 to promote music and manage other affairs for musicians such as tour management and project proposal for various music festivals and live house performances. Before 2020, Moon Romantic Office held over 70 Taiwan-Japan performances and organized tours in Japan for more than 50 Taiwanese musicians/ bands. Dedicated to music exchanges across Asia, BUDHA has expanded his business, in recent years, to Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. In 2016, BUDHA founded his own music label “Big Romantic Records” and has issued over 80 Asian indie music records, primarily in vinyl and cassette tapes. In 2020, he opened record shops in Shimokita, Tokyo and Chifeng Street, Taipei as well as shop-in-shops in Hokkaido, Okinawa, Tainan, and other cities. The music label is also working with HMV, a Japanese record chain, to establish a section in stores dedicated to Big Romantic Records. Across Taiwan and Japan, the label currently has six stores but also works with other independent record shops to build an exclusive offline network for indie music.

James MINOR is the VP of SXSW Music Festival, which is celebrating its 38th season in 2024. SXSW Music is the largest music festival of its kind in the world, with 1500 acts from 60 foreign countries performing at 78 venues in 2023. MINOR has a diverse background, with over 25 years in the industry, having worked in artist management, tour booking and managing, as well as talent buying and management for noted venues in both Austin, TX and NYC. He is a known advocate for up and coming talent and has spoken around the world at conferences including Primavera Pro (Spain), MU:CON (South Korea), Golden Melody Awards (Taiwan), MIDEM (France), Waves Vienna (Austria), ADE (Amsterdam) and Pop-Kultur Berlin (Germany).
