Lu Yun, Singer-Songwriter of the new Millennium
Born in 2000, Lu Yun has been passionate about performing arts since a very young age. His creative style is a diverse blend of pop with electronic elements, while also being a talented player and composer of guitar and piano, forming a unique Gen Z sensibility to his work. Combined with a narrative style that straightforward with no fuss, several of his tracks have garnered over a million combined streams, which have also inspired many online covers.
Through whimsical wordplay to heartfelt reflections on youth, Lu Yun’s work embodies the creative dimensions of contemporary adolescence. Hoping to let listeners find simple relaxation in his work, his music offers respite and comfort in his creative realm as listeners, along with himself, transition to the next stage of life.
Releasing seven singles thus far, each topping both physical and digital charts, his series of sold-out tours have also garnered positive reviews from both fans and critics alike, earning him a reputation as one of the most prominent rising stars in recent years.
