Prof. DR. Tse-Ping Dong is a scholar on film and television media and cultural-creative industry management who is well-known throughout the Asia-Pacific region. His primary field of research is entertainment industry business models and business strategy in the film, television, and new media industries, cultural-creative industries, e-commerce and digital content, etc., innovative entrepreneurship and investment, intellectual property, and Asia-Pacific business strategy. With his research expertise centered on professional business management, he combines academic theory with practical applications, fostering development of emerging cultural-creative and high-tech industries in the Asia-Pacific and cross-strait Taiwan/mainland China regions, conducting cross-disciplinary research integrating business management, finance, technology, law, and other domains. He has written over 40 related academic papers, almost 30 of which have been published in renowned first-tier international journals such as SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, and EI, five published in the top journals. He has served on the review committees for SSCI, TSSCI, and other journals of their grade, and has long served as a consultant or review committee member for central government ministries and city/county government agencies, as well as a consultant or member of expert committees providing private-sector enterprises with counsel on business management and mid-/long-term strategy.

Mr. Sheng Fen Hsueh is a well-known Taiwanese TV content producer. He graduated from the Department of Radio and television of National Taiwan University of Arts and later received his Master’s degree from Collage of Communication of National Chengchi University.He is currently the president of Jason’s Entertainment and the assistant professor for the Department of Radio and National Chengchi University.

As Head of Format Development of CJ ENM, a global convergent content and commerce company in Korea, Jihee develops diverse, compelling content for the global market.
As a 20-year veteran of the TV industry, she has directed, produced and developed entertainment shows of diverse genres.
Before joining CJ ENM, she directed, produced and developed a variety of programs as the Senior Vice President of a production company that produces non-scripted shows for Korea's major channels. Based on her experience producing Korean adaptations of hit formats such as "Take Me Out," "The Moment of Truth" and "Dating in the Dark," she joined CJ ENM's Global Content Development Team and has not only been developing its non-scripted formats, but also leading the creation of original formats, merging the ideas of Korean and global creatives to target markets beyond Asia.
She has worked with ITV, Banijay and Gil Formats to create the psychological game show "The Line-up," family cooking show "Cooking Box," and reality show "7 Days to Win Your Business," respectively.

Roman LO, president of Kingshine Entertainment, Inc. and senior producer. Lo was deputy manager in CTS sales department during 1995-2004.He graduated from the first session of Fudan University 2004 Communication EMBA and USA California Azusa Pacific University MBA.Lo was the most important role to make“Meteor Garden”a debut when he worked in CTS.Lo successfully introduced magician Lu Chen to China market when he worked as producer in Anhui TV Station.His renown projects included“Future Mr.Right”,”Happy&Love Forever”,”Sunny Happiness”,”Happy Michelin Kitchen”,”Women on the Breadfruit Tree”and so on.Particularly,”Women on the Breadfruit Tree”well created the TV series and stage drama interactive promotion mode.”The Legend of Flying Daggers”adapted from Gu Long novel played on cable TV and OTTs took merely 36 hours to break 100 million CTR on Youku;moreover,had 2.3 billion extraordinary performance at first round.
Lo established Kingshine Entertainment that position is IPs development.The specific IP stuff starts from TV series,and extends to any appropriate business program.Kingshine is such vertical integration as the organization operates favorably.It not only has entire promotion and distribution teams in Great China,also cooperates with tier1 multimedia platforms.The vision of Lo is to build an overall IP system.
