Erica Wang is tax director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan, who is responsible for corporate tax service.

Erica is well experienced in the field of corporate tax, including consulting service, organizational and transactional restructuring for tax purpose, intercompany transfer pricing and profit allocation service. In addition, Erica has provided tax consulting service across various industries, including cultural and creative, electronic manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, catering, startup business, etc.

Currently, Erica is a member of cultural and creative committee of PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan and a committee member of joint investment project of Ministry of Culture.

Hemingway Chiu has more than 25 years’ experience in investment and management, especially in the cultural and creative industry, digital content, and the Internet.

Unique capacity and vision for investment in the cultural and creative industry. First venture in the field featured the movie “The Killer Who Never Kills” -- various marketing resources were provided in support of the film via The CTBC Financial Holding Co., so far the No.1 investor in Taiwan CCA industry.

Strong leadership, as evidenced by the performance of the CTBC venture capital team in managing government funds under his guidance. In accordance with the national policy, the team has worked to bring resources to entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industry, so to assist with increasing the visibility of their business around the globe.

Dennis Yang has more than 20 years of experiences in digital entertainment business and creative operation in Greater China and Asian markets, held management positions in MTV, Yahoo!, Warner Music and HTC before joining KKBOX Music Group and co-founded KKTV in late 2015.

Past Experience Highlights:
* Director of Global Digital Content, HTC - responsible for content negotiations, licensing and operations of HTC-owned branded content business ( HTC Watch ) and licensed content projects.
* Special Assistant to NextMedia's Group CEO. Headed the group's Next Media Interactive unit for online and mobile businesses in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
* Senior Director, Entertainment and Life Info Services, Media Group, Yahoo! Taiwan. Oversaw Media Group's Life Info and Entertainment services on Yahoo! Taiwan.
* Regional Marketing Director, Warner Music Asia Pacific Office.
* Editorial Director, MTV Networks Chinese Channel

Specialties: Online content production, management, acquisitions and negotiations. Extensive experiences and connections in the media industry (music production, concerts, radio and TV) in the Chinese markets ( China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South East Asia ) with global views.

Education: M.A. in Theater Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts
Currently serving as the general manager of Greener Grass Production and Monomyth Company, and assistant professor at National Chengchi University. He is also one of the recommended music critics on the music platform StreetVoice. He used to be a journalist, producer, head of a theatre troupe, music producer, lyricist, television director. He was the former deputy of the drama department and chief of office of Daai TV, manager of the program department and deputy director of Hakka TV of the Taiwan Public Television Service Foundation.

2005 Biography of Master Yin Shun nominated for the Golden Horse Awards for Best Animation.
2006 Cao Shan Chun Hui won the Golden Bell Awards for Best Marketing Award.
2009 Easy Money won the Best Single Drama or Telemovie Program in the Singapore Asian Television Awards. 1895 in Formosa won the Best Drama Series in the Singapore Asian Television Awards. Love in the Season of Osmanthus won the Jury Recommended Award.
2010 Living from the Sea won the Golden Bell Awards for Mini-series/Telemovie Award.
