Accusefive was established in April 2017, formed by Lead singer / Guitarist Yun-Ann, Lead singer Quan-Qing and Drummer Qian. To show the diversity of their music, the band includes a variety of music genres in their works. Yun-Ann and Quan-Qing’s soothing voices impress the audience. In 2018, Accusefive received the Best New Artist at the Golden Indie Music Awards and released their first album Somewhere in Time, I Love You in 2019.

Hello everyone! We are Accusefive.
When we learned that we were nominated for the Best New Artist Award, we received many blessings from our friends. We would like to show our appreciations to the judges. It's hard to describe how happy and how inspired we were. We will try our best to provide better performances and improve ourselves so as to live up to everyone’s expectations.

Mo Zai Yang

Mo Zai Yang, a talented rapper from Hualien, is just 20 years old. With a strong musical sense, he is elegant, funny and self-contained. More than that, he is also good at mixing melody with vocal harmony, making his musical style unique and strong. With a good voice that is rarely seen among rappers, listeners are introduced to a broad range of music.
Mo Zai Yang’s works are often enduring and easy to sing along to. He has somehow altered the audience’s definition of pop music. His new works Know and Health and Happiness, show that in addition to songs about love, he is good at utilizing different topics in his music.

Hi everyone. I’m Mo Zai Yang. This is my first time to be nominated for a Golden Melody Award. It’s amazing. My feeling is not like gaining a great victory. Instead, my feeling is more like a beginner who is happy for his own achievement. Being nominated is a recognition that will help me to gain more confidence and to keep me on my journey. As the journey keeps going, I will need more partners and I would like to invite everyone to join me.

Chih Siou

Chih Siou is a mysterious musician who always wears an innocent smile and sees the world more clearly than anyone else. He loves music, performance and games and likes to collect things in his room, where he lets his thoughts roam at will.
He taught himself how to play the guitar when he was 17. He said he often sang alone on the roadside near the Taipei Main Station after attending cram school. "Music is a friend who never leaves you," Chih Siou said. He also said that he may not be better at music than studying, but he sticks to what he loves.

I would like to thank everyone who helped me with this album.

JADE

Dudu:
Dudu is currently the lead singer/guitarist for JADE and was a guitarist for Mister Mouth.
In 2015, Dudu began to compose and share his music on digital platforms. Lyrics, music arrangement, singing, playing and recording were all composed by him. In 2016, he started his career in pop music production and has composed for Yoga Lin, Zhao Chuan, Ai Yiliang.
AJ:
AJ, who formed the band AltQQdog in 2010, won the Taiwan regional championship for the Yamaha Popular Song Contest in 2011 and was the runner-up that same year in the finals held in Seoul, South Korea. When AJ became a drummer in 2012, he cooperated with a lot of outstanding musicians and singers, such as Wu Qing-feng, Crowd Lu, A-Lin, Princess Ai, Kay Huang, Sean Lin, Pauline Lan, FIR, Jacky Chen, Peter Pan, Waa Wei, Queen Wei, Nylon Chen, GJ, William Wei, Claire Kuo, Elephant Dee, and Mavis Fan.
In addition to a variety of performances in Taiwan and abroad, AJ also participated in various music-related work such as appearing on TV programs and recording albums.

I've imagined wearing a suit while walking on the red carpet many times.
And now I can finally walk into this music hall.
But in fact, I really want to wear sportswear.
I want to thank my boss for letting us make the music we want.
I would also like to express my appreciation to my family, the ones who love me, the people I love, and my friends who have supported us along the way.

I've been playing music for a while, and what I've found is that the music always comes from a combination of human qualities and emotions. We hope that through music, we can express our feelings and transcend language barriers.
Music is not only a melody, it is also a medium to connect with the world. Whether or not JADE wins the award, JADE will continue to try to cover the greatest common ground, to experience the uniqueness of each person, and then involve them in our music.

Midi Yang

Subvert your hearing. The voice that you can’t clarify.
Midi Yang composed lyrics and melodies, where he expressed his struggles with society and self-identification, and challenged the audience’s values. His music is telling the truth and reveals the fact that we are facing every day.

I remembered the day of the nomination announcement. As soon as I woke up, I decided to turn my cellphone off and walk from Kunyang station to Guting station to see my colleagues. I was so nervous about the result that I threw up on the way, but I had to keep telling myself to keep clam. I was even wishing I could go back in time so that I could escape. Luckily, I didn’t escape. I am so lucky to be nominated for the Best New Artist Award. I burst into tears when I heard the news. In fact, being nominated for the Best New Artist Award is tough. I really appreciate the judges’ recognition. I’ve told myself to hold on to this happy feeling to write more good songs. By the way, I will have new song presentations this year. Please stay tuned. I am looking forward to walking on the red carpet like a super star.
I would like to express my appreciations to George Chen, Shuo Hsiao, Sandee Chan, AZ Xiaozu, Shao-Yong Huang, Bean Lin and MCKY Lin. It’s my honor to have them produce music for me.

OSN, a rapper from Muzha, has “swag” which combines love with hip-hop elements.
Having a lot of fans or becoming such as big hit is not what OSN wants.
What he wants is to focus on his music.

9m88, graduated from a design college, has a laid-back style of music. Her music is influenced by R&B, Neo soul, Jazz, Improvisation and hip hop. With her design background, her aesthetics and music are unique. Her lyrics are just like her, sweet and natural with a little bit of playfulness. She began to show the public her talent when she sang Accompany You on Weekends with Leo Wang in 2016. In 2019, she released her first album: Beyond Mediocrity, which had attracted more attention and helped her enter the global market.

I have always been doing music at my own pace. Thankfully, there have been so many mentors who have helped me with my music. I would like to thank everyone for giving me the courage to create Beyond Mediocrity. I will continue my musical path with courage and create more works in the future!
