Onsite Standby Tickets

1. The queue for tickets forms at the north gate of Taipei Arena, located at the north-eastern plaza.
2. Numbered standby tickets will be given out in order starting from 2018/06/23 Sat 16:30 hours. Ticket holders should form a queue in order at the north-eastern plaza outside of the north gate before 18:40 hours awaiting instructions from staff members to enter.
3. Admission into the venue will begin on 2018/06/23 Sat 19:15 hours, admission is not guaranteed, standby ticket holders will be informed once all seats are filled. We ask for your patience and follow instructions from our onsite staff members.
4. Standby seating will mostly be located on the second and third floor, please follow instructions from staff members to enter.

• Taipei Arena Welfare Tickets Giveaway
  
  The 29th Golden Melody Awards and Ceremony for Popular Music will be grandly held on Saturday 23 June, 2018 at the Taipei Arena. Organizer of the event, the Ministry of Culture Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development will be providing a number of free tickets for the general audience. To register for a chance of receiving the free tickets, please visit the Taipei Arena Welfare Ticket Online Registration Platform at https://ssl.metro.taipei/taticket/ between Friday 8 June 10am to Sunday 10 June 10pm. Should the registered number of applicants exceed total available tickets, admission will be awarded by a public lottery witnessed by a notary public.
  Winners of the lottery will be notified through e-mail and posted on the Taipei Arena official website. Please collect the tickets in person from the Taipei Arena help desk (two tickets per event) within the designated period.
