The 28th Golden Melody Awards (GMA) will be grandly conferred on Saturday 24th June at the Taipei Arena. This marks Li Ronghao's first on-stage appearance at the GMA. Since his debut performance in Beijing last May, Li Ronghao has appeared all over the globe. His tour covered over 30 cities domestically and abroad. The tour garnered much success, attracting over 300,000 participants. Li expressed that he was quite honored to bring all the inspiration and creative energy gathered from the tour back to GMA, an event of some significance to him. "I have been preparing [for this occasion] for three months, this is quite a challenge!" As for the content of the performance, Li Ronghao expressed the desire to pleasantly surprise the audience. "I am currently not at liberty to disclose such information, but hope everyone will enjoy it!"
Since the opening performance at Beijing last May, Li Ronghao's "An Ideal World" tour has swept through regional destinations such as Hong Kong, Nanjiang, Hongchow and Shanghai. The tour also made a successful foray into the international market in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Singapore. Total audience number for the tour exceeded 300,000, a personal record for Li. "The tour took me to so many places, and sang together with so many people, I was quite moved, and felt the entire experience totally worth it. Here's hoping I can meet up with the fans ASAP!" Li said. Regarding the painstaking preparation for his upcoming performance at Taipei Arena in September, Li has this to share with his Taiwanese audience; "We have made many adjustments from stage design, lighting, musician to costume, hope everyone will like it"
Instead of publishing one album at a time, which conforms to the existing convention of Mandarin-language music scene. Li Ronghao will be unveiling a new single every month for half a year starting from May. "I have absolute confidence in this series of singles, all of them are fruits of much effort and many sleepless nights " The first released single "En" exudes such a rebellious attitude, as to completely upend Li's public image. Li also has a rather interesting interpretation regarding rebellion, "A rebellious attitude is a precious thing that we're born with. An 18 year-old needs it, a non-18 year-old needs it even more!" One could only wait in breathless anticipation, as to what kind of "Black Rock" Li would roll out on 24th June at the GMA.

The Walk of Fame at 5 pm and the Award Ceremony at 7pm will be broadcast live through the Taiwan Television (TTV) channel, with simultaneous broadcast available on services such as TOUCH TTV, Youtube-TTV, Chunghwa Telecom MOD, chtvideo app, HamiConcert, UFO Radio, Tencent Video, Starhub, Astro and Echostar. Syndication will also be available on TTV, TTV HD, Unique Satellite TV (USTV), USTV Business.
