庾澄慶／第25屆金曲獎頒獎典禮主持人
綽號哈林，是一位自己作曲、編曲、演奏、演唱、製作的全能歌手，同時還創造出台灣音樂史上第一個虛擬偶像「哈寶寶」。1984年得到演唱電影《玉卿嫂》主題曲「少年往事」的機會，是哈林踏入演藝圈的第一步。1986年，哈林退伍後便成為福茂唱片第一位簽約的台灣歌手，並推出了第一張國語專輯《傷心歌手》，正式進軍樂壇。由於創作曲風廣泛、精通多樣樂器、舞台魅力十足，得到「音樂頑童」之美譽。而他在音樂上的用心努力，在金曲獎槓龜多次之後，終於在第13屆金曲獎拿下最佳國語男歌手獎，引起現場熱烈掌聲。
1994年在綜藝教母張小燕的邀約下，跨入了綜藝主持的領域，也開始參與戲劇演出，成為影視歌三棲的當紅藝人，更連續在第35屆與36屆電視金鐘獎以《超級星期天》得到最佳綜藝節目主持人獎，而其在音樂上的才華洋溢，更是音樂歌唱類型節目的主持首選，能主持能演唱讓節目更加生動與專業；近兩年不管在台灣主持《王子的約會》、《超級歌喉戰》，或是在大陸擔任《中國好聲音》導師的角色，都能精采的掌控全場，而2010年主持第21屆流行音樂金曲獎更是大獲好評，將其音樂才華與主持功力得到最好的平衡。音樂人的身分，讓哈林能在第25屆金曲獎發揮出最強火力征服全場。
Harlem Yu／Host of the 25th Annual Golden Melody Awards Ceremony
Cheng-ching Yu, better known as Harlem, is a jack of all trades singer, who can handle everything from composing, arranging and performing music, to singing and producing as well. At the same time, he is the creator of Taiwan’s first “virtual idol”, the virtual singer “Hi Baby”. Harlem burst onto the entertainment stage in 1986, when his song “Memory of the Youth” was selected as the theme song for the classic movie “Madam Yu Ching”. After concluding his compulsory military service in 1986, Harlem was the first Taiwan singer signed by Linfair Records (Decca), and he officially launched his recording career with his first Mando-pop album “Sad Singer”. He garnered the nickname “musical madcap”, due his wide creative genius, a repertoire spanning numerous genres, skills playing diverse musical instruments, and charming stage presence. His hard work and contributions to the music industry were finally recognized at the 13th Annual Golden Melody Awards, when he was bestowed the “Best Mandarin Male Singer” award, and which won him a resounding, standing ovation from the audience.
In 1994, the “Godmother” of Taiwan variety shows, Chang Hsiao-Yen asked Harlem to make a jump in his career, and join her as a TV variety show host. This was also the beginning of his acting career, making him a music, TV and movie star, which resulted in his winning the 35th and 36th Annual Golden Bell Award for Best Variety Show Host for his role in the popular TV show Super Sunday. Harlem’s outstanding musical talent makes him an ideal candidate to host a musically themed show, with his ability to host and sing, as well as his liveliness and professionalism. Over the past few years his vivid ability to take charge of the stage has been seen in his hosting of “TAKE ME OUT Taiwan” and “Super Vocal Battle” on Taiwan TV, and his role as a judge and mentor on “The Voice of China” on China TV. Moreover, in 2010, Harlem hosted the 21st Annual Golden Melody Music Awards, with his musical talent and hosting prowess earning him rave reviews. For the 25th Annual Golden Bell Awards, Harlem’s musical persona will allow him to give him to firepower to wow all in attendance.
