In 1990, Ling Wei-Wen studied album production with Yang Ming-Huang and Lin Ming-Yang, and later participated in the album production for Jacky Cheung, Eason Chan, and David Tao. He focused on chorus arrangement and recording, and published many popular works.
At the same time, he served as a backup singer at large-scale concerts, including Jacky Cheung, David Tao, Wakin Chau, Jeff Chang, Lo Ta-Yu, Feng Fei-Fei, Jonathan Lee, and Superband.
Since Jay Chou's first concert in 2000, he has served as the choral coordinator for all Jay Chou's world tour concerts.
