On May 25th, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) decided to prolong national Level 3 COVID-19 alert to June 14th. In response to the announcement, the Ministry of Culture also postponed the 32nd Golden Melody Awards Ceremony, which was scheduled on June 26th. The adjustments will follow the announcements by the CECC .
"The epidemic prevention is the priority for all citizens at this stage. Only by protecting Taiwan can all art and cultural groups return in the near future," said Minister of Culture Lee Yung-te.
